DeAnna is the owner and lead trainer of Sculpture Training Studio. She holds personal trainer certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Cooper Institute. DeAnna has additional certifications from Precision Nutrition and in Functional Movement Screening. She is a Youth Exercise Specialist as well as a Group Personal Training Specialist. DeAnna has received additional training including Pre- and Post-Natal personal training, weight management, Neuromuscular Stretching, and Medical Exercise.

DeAnna worked at a large gym in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she quickly became the Personal Training Director. There she supervised a team of certified trainers, wrote programs for the department’s over one hundred and fifteen personal training clients, and helped hundreds of members on their fitness journeys. There DeAnna found her passion in helping clients with chronic health conditions. Her clients included breast cancer survivors, total hip replacement and knee replacement patients, Parkinson’s patients, stroke victims, and much more.

After deciding to move back to her hometown of DeRidder Louisiana, DeAnna decided to add Medical Exercise Specialty training to expand her knowledge of proper exercise protocol for over 60 major medical conditions. Now, Sculpture is a complete training studio not only for those able-bodied clients looking for fitness and/or weight loss but also for those with chronic medical conditions post physical therapy and post chiropractic care. She works with clients’ medical doctors, physical therapist, and chiropractors orders to provide the most comprehensive fitness plans available for her clients’ condition.

For the past 6 years DeAnna and her staff have been improving the lives of many dedicated DeRidder area residents. She is selective about the clients she accepts into her training programs. She admits that achieving your desired results takes an enormous about of discipline and determination. But DeAnna’s techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.
